Winston will also play a solo benefit concert in New York in December (date and location tbd).
"I was totally shocked and saddened by the September 11 tragedies, and when driving home all night from my Bakersfield concert on September 14, this benefit album came to me and I immediately recorded it, "said George Winston. "It will benefit people affected by these events now, and its proceeds will continue to assist those in need forever."
The release of REMEMBRANCE comes on the heels of Windham Hill's special salute to the 20th anniversary of the release of Winston's multi-platinum solo recordings AUTUMN (1980) and its follow-up DECEMBER (1982).
